I wanted to share some feedback regarding the recent email invitation to submit a G2 review in exchange for a gift card. I have been a paid user of Miro for many years and I’m currently on a free account through work.
I submitted my review promptly after receiving the email and took care to provide honest and positive feedback about Miro, as it has been an essential tool in my work for years. However, I noticed that G2’s AI editing process removed many of the positive remarks I originally included. These were comments that, in my opinion, would have highlighted Miro’s strengths and could have influenced potential new users.
Additionally, I have not received any communication regarding the gift card mentioned in the original email. Could you please clarify the expected timeline or next steps for this promotional offer?
I assume this promotional offer was legitimate and not a some kind of review-bomb attempt from the Miro team, right?
