I have a full license but have a problem with a Miro Board that has been shared with me. I am trying to export part of the file to save as a jpg (that can be zoomed in to view). Basically I want to save the one portion of the file as an image to share with the team/ eventually upload the jpg to intranet but I am unable to do this.

It sounds like the board’s content copy permissions are blocking you from copying/exporting any part of the board.
For example, if I try to export a frame as an image from a board with content copy set to only allow the board owner or co-owner to export, I have to export option in the frame’s context menu. However, as soon as the owner changes the permissions, the option appears:

You will need to ask the board owner to update the content copy permissions.
