I upgraded to the Starter plan minutes ago, still the option to export in high quality is greyed out? How can I solve this?

HI ​@caroline.pastjan, thanks for reaching out! It is possible that you are a member of another team under a free plan and the board you are working on is stored in that team. If you are a member of only one team and the option to export to high quality is still greyed out, kindly try to logout and relogin to let the dashboard load your current team’s plan. If that does not help please let me know so we can explore another workaround.
