Error when trying to extend an Education Plan

Hi,

unfortunately I am having the same issue, and cannot use the link in the e-mail to extend my Educational Plan. Could you kindly convert this into a ticket too?

Hello,

I am trying to renew my education plan, after receiving an e-mail informing me of its upcoming expiration. When I follow the hyperlink to renew on the email, however, I get this error message. Is there a way to reach the appropriate place on the website to do it manually? I’ve been searching and can’t seem to be able to locate it.

Hi,

I appreciate you notifying me of the expiration. As a student, I most certainly want to use the education plan once more. However, the link you included in your earlier email does not take me to a working website. It show the same error page with everyone else in this topic. Would you be able to help me fix the issue?
