Hello 

 

i’m having issues with one of my users accessing the Miro app on a 9th Generation iPad running iPadOS 18.6.  We are getting an error that says App Initiation Failure: Can't Find Variable: Broadcast Channel after logging in to the App.  

 

  1.  we’ve wiped / updated the iPad
  2.  reinstalled the most recent version of the App

Just to clarify — when you mentioned reinstalling the app, did you fully uninstall the Miro app from the iPad first and then reinstall it from the App Store? A simple reinstall/update can sometimes leave behind cached data, while a full uninstall → reinstall clears everything.

One other user who ran into the same error was able to resolve it by doing a complete uninstall and then reinstalling the app. Could you please try that step and let us know if it works on your side too?
