Endless Miro loading screen on Chrome (solved after network change)

Hello,

I’d like to flag an issue that multiple of my colleagues reported.

On Chrome, sometimes you have an endless login screen, that cannot be solved by cache deletion or other methods inside the browser.

Only method working here is to change network (WiFI → Hotspot → WiFi) to make it work.

Is this a known behaviour?

Hi @Antoine Lucerna-Grivès

Thanks for reporting this. While we’ve seen similar login-loop symptoms in some cases, the root cause can vary significantly depending on the user’s browser, network environment, VPN/proxy configuration, extensions, or authentication session state.

Since the troubleshooting results can differ per user, we’d recommend that each affected colleague contact Support directly and include:

  • Browser version
  • Network/VPN details
  • Approximate timestamps
  • Screenshots or screen recordings
  • HAR file and console logs, if possible

This will help the team investigate each case more accurately.
