Education plan application - no educational email

Hello! I am a private English teacher from Ukraine registered as an Individual Entrepreneur (ФОП). I would like to apply for the Miro Education Plan as an Educator, but my teaching practice does not provide me with an institutional/educational email address. I only use my personal Gmail account: anaszzhu@gmail.com. I can provide an official government document confirming my educational business status (Вытяг ФОП) and a link to my professional teaching page. Could you please help me convert my request into a support ticket so I can submit my documents for manual verification? Thank you!
