Education Plan application form is stuck on infinite loading screen

Hi Miro Community Team,

I am trying to apply for the Miro Education Plan, but the registration form is completely frozen.

A loading spinner appears and just keeps spinning infinitely, which prevents me from submitting the application. I have tried refreshing the page and using different browsers, but the issue persists.

Can someone help me to solve the issue?
