I lost my draw io miro board content. I can’t even restore it. Is there any way of getting it back?

Can you clarify:
I lost my draw io miro board content.
- Did you open the board and it unexpectedly gone?
- Did you delete it?
I can’t even restore it.
- Can you see an entry in the Board history: Activity panel, but cannot restore it? E.g.
- Or, do you have a paid plan, and you tried – but we unable – restore a previous version of the board that contained the draw.io diagram?

I was working on the draw io board, it froze and then everything was gone. I definitely did not delete it.
I have a paid plan through The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, but the previous versions were empty too!

Hmmm. I think your only hope for salvation is to open a support ticket and hope they can find it!
