Hello Miro Support Team,
I’m contacting you because a feature I regularly relied on has stopped working in the Miro iPad app.
I used to open Photos and Miro side by side using Split View and drag images directly onto my boards. This workflow worked before, but it no longer does.
Device details:
- iPad Air 11-inch (M2)
- iPadOS 26.6.1
- Miro app version 3.25.30241403
Troubleshooting already performed:
- Tested dragging images from Photos into the Miro app.
- Tested dragging images from Safari into Miro.
- Tested Miro both in the native app and in Safari.
- Sent a screen recording showing the issue in my previous support chat.
I understand that editing and drag-and-drop may be limited in Safari on iPad. However, my main concern is that the feature stopped working in the native Miro app as well.
Could you please confirm whether drag-and-drop from Photos into the Miro iPad app is currently supported? If it is, I would appreciate a technical investigation into why it no longer works on my device.
