Sorry to hear that you’re unable to access a board. In order to get a PDF, you’ll have to get access to the board itself. Here’s a help center article that discusses what to do when a Team Admin leaves the company. Hope this is helpful!

But the team member has left the org and now I’m unable to connect to the board.
What message do you get when trying to open the board?
If you could previously access the board, but now you cannot, then either an admin made some sort of change to the that user’s account and/or content (e.g., deleted the user or took ownership of their content) or the user that left the company made a change themselves (e.g., moved their boards, left the team, deleted their profile).
Do you know what Miro plan/subscription you have? Do you know who yours plan’s admins are?
