Hi everyone, I posted a PPT file on my Miroboard. My students are not able to download it, they can view it, but not download it. They got a message something like "You can not download this, the owner of the board has to change it". Can you please tell me what to do? Thank you!

Make sure that your students have the right permission to export anything and then follow this guide

@Jure P - You will need to adjust the Board Content Settings of your board to allow others to copy or download content - to do this:

  1. Open your board’s Share settings and click on Sharing settings:

     

  2. Click on the Permissions tab and set Who can copy board content to Anyone with the board access: 

     

If you don’t have that option in the list, you will need to adjust the permissions of this feature by:

  1. Clicking on your team profile settings icon:
  2. And then Permissions → Board content settings and set it as follows:

 

You may not need to set the Board Content Settings to Anyone with the board access, e.g., if your students are all members of your team then you could set it to Team members or Team members with editing rights.
