I recently reduced our license count from 15 to 11. When the account trues-up quarterly, will these unused licenses that were paid on the Feb invoice be refunded to the card on file? If not, how can we make that happen?

Whether the unused licenses can be refunded or credited needs to be confirmed by the billing team, as they can review the details of your subscription and invoices on the backend of Miro.
