Since the diagrams display correctly for your colleagues, kindly try the following steps:

1. Clear your cache for Miro and refresh the board.

2. If that doesn’t help, try creating a copy of the board and see if the diagrams display correctly there.

hi eca, thanks for the reply. forgot to mention that i have also tried incognito mode and the issue remains. also duplicating the board didnt make a difference. as mentioned, my colleague with same licence and team as me does not have this issue.

anything else i can try?

It’s likely just a team setting. Admin needs to enable smart diagramming for everyone.

Hello, I recently created a Miro board with two flowcharts without a problem. Today, when I tried to create a third one, suddenly all flowcharts go grey and I get the same error as OP above. Copying the board and clearing cache didn’t help. When I delete the third flowchart, the remaining two are still grey. When I close and reopen the board, all three flowcharts are visible for a few seconds, and then turn grey. Any suggestions on this, please?
