Hi everyone,

I need some urgent advice because I’m in a difficult situation with my Miro account.

  1. By mistake, I deleted my entire team. Now I cannot access any of the boards or settings from that team. I know teams are the “container” for boards, members, and billing, but I was surprised that after deletion there is no trace at all in my account.

  2. That team also had a pending invoice for the subscription renewal. After deleting the team, this invoice completely disappeared from my billing section, and I’m not sure if it will still be charged or if it was automatically cancelled.

At the moment I had to create a new team with the Free plan to keep working, but,

I’m worried about the work I lost in the deleted team, I’m also worried about the unclear billing situation.

I’ve already opened a ticket with Miro Support, but while I wait for their answer, I’d love to know if anyone here had a similar experience.

Is it possible that Support can restore a deleted team (or at least the boards)?

What happens to pending invoices when the related team is deleted?
