I deleted a different account and now cannot create a new account with the same email, but I also can’t access the old account. how can I reset this so I can create a new account from a deleted email?

If the account was recently deleted, the email address may still be temporarily reserved in the system, which can prevent creating a new account with the same email right away.
Since you also can’t access the old account anymore, I will have your case converted to a support ticket. You can provide to the ticket (#976210) the following info:
- the email address affected
- confirmation that the old account was deleted
- the error/message you see when trying to sign up again
Support can then verify whether the email is still in the deletion retention period or if additional steps are needed.
