Corrupt/lost Image

Another image has been lost in this program.. How can i prevent this?

 

Not the first time this has happened either. Frustrating…

@Reid I'm not sure I know how to prevent it unfortunately, but just to learn more: How did you add the image? Did you drag & drop it from a folder or did you use the upload function in the toolbar?
