Copy an image feature not working

Images not getting saved after selecting ‘Copy as Image’. 

  1. Miro board showing ‘Copying’ status and then status closed. NO success message for copied done.
  2. It is completely working fine for the other members of the org.

Solution:

  1. Verified system clipboard settings. It is not getting saved to clipboard.
  2. Verified browser permissions.
  3. Cleared cookies and cache
  4. Verified on two browsers: Chrome and Edge

    Thanks for the detailed troubleshooting steps already completed.

    Since the issue is isolated to your account/device while other members in the organization can use Copy as Image normally, this may be related to a local clipboard handling issue, browser security setting, or an application-level conflict on Windows.

    A few additional things to try:

    • Test in an Incognito/Private browser window with extensions disabled
    • Temporarily disable clipboard managers, security software, or remote desktop tools if any are running
    • Check whether copying works in the Miro Desktop app (if not yet tested)
    • Try copying a very small/simple object instead of a larger selection
