Is content disposed from Google Drive accessible /seen by users outside the company if link to the miro board is made public?

Yes - this does appear to be the case as I just tested it with a document imported from Google Drive on a board which I shared for anonymous guest editor access and I was able to navigate the pages in the document as an anonymous guest editor.
