Hi,
I'm on a Miro Consultant Plan, and was able to setup the Jira App properly, and I'm able to fetch Jira issues and place them on the board as Miro Cards.  That is all nice and useful. Thank you!

On the other hand, my team cannot connect to Jira, even though they do have individual Jira accounts.  Is this a limitation of the "Registered Guest Editor" in Miro, or should the Jira integration work for them as well?  They can't even connect to Jira to set it up.

Hi there, Acurth!

Thanks for addressing this with us - I’m afraid, you hit the nail on the head though: Guests (and visitors) are not able to install applications. This option is reserved for members.

If you’d like your collaborators to install and use Jira as well, you can invite them as members. Please bear in mind though that these take up full licenses in your subscription.

At the end of this article you will find a list detailing the differences between guests, visitors and members: Collaboration with guests (BETA).

I hope this helps! If you need more info - you know where to find us!
