I was previously used a free account where I tried the export to Smartsheet feature, and it worked.

Recently my employer got our team an enterprise version of Miro. I was able to successfully move over my boards to my new profile/team. However, when trying to export stickies to Smartsheet I get the following error when attempting to connect to Smartsheet:

 A different Miro account has already been mapped to this Smartsheet user. Please try a different one. If this problem persists, provide the following information to Miro support. Smartsheet user ID: undefined - undefined (Error: MSS-5003)

When I login to my old profile/team, I don't see anyway to disconnect it from my Smartsheet account. In fact, when clicking on Smartsheet from the menu, it acts like it wants to connect for the first time.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
