In the Company Organization Chart template, I can’t find a way to adjust the font size. When I zoom back to see the full chart, I can’t read any of the names. Is there a way to increase the font size?

+7Assuming it is the one which uses Cards for each role/individual, unfortunately those do not allow size changes. However, you can select all the cards in a populated chart and transform them to a different object (e.g. sticky notes or text boxes) which would support type face size changes. Please remember that you will need to select them in batches of 30 as that is the maximum number of objects which can be transformed in a single operation.
