Hi Miro Community,

I recently noticed a charge on my credit card from Miro, but I’m not sure which account it’s linked to. I was able to log in to two accounts I use, but both are on the free plan. I didn’t receive an invoice for the charge, which makes me suspect it might be from an account registered to an old email address that I no longer have access to (possibly from my previous workplace).

 

Could someone guide me on:

  1. How to identify which account the payment is associated with?
  2. How to cancel the subscription if I can’t log in to that account?

If a Miro Support team member could step in and help look up the charge using my payment details, that would be very helpful, as I want to make sure I’m not paying for an unused account.
