Charged annual for subscription without warning and can't cancel within 14 days

I have been charged for the whole year without any email suggesting renewal. I was on the startup discount plan. I would have preferred monthly but I didn’t get any advanced notice. As a small startup, this is critical. I have seen other people being charged annually without notice. I am still within the 14 days grace period. How do I get a refund and change to monthly?
