Can you clarify what you mean by placeholder text? You can certainly edit the summary or detailed description text.

@Kiron Bondale - When we add card into the board, it comes with placeholder "Type something". Is there a way to change/customise it?

@Henrik Ståhl - I was thinking to use them as data input fields. I have a form in my board where users enters their details. I thought using them will help overall analysis.
