@Dary90 - If your IT support staff could access the Team Admin’s email address, e.g.., name@yourorg.com, then someone could do a “password reset” request at miro.com and access the team that way. Was the admin using an email address that you have control over?
@Dary90 - In case you reply while I am sleeping or at work, another option is for someone to create a new (free) Miro account/team space, add everyone to the space, make at least two people Team Admin, and move your boards to that space, and then leave the old space. It’s not an ideal solution, but it is completely within your control.
Here are detailed instructions on how to what I just summarized:

Hi Robert,
thank you so much for your help and the quick reply. We are trying to access the email adress, apparently IT can’t do it, but we might have Account deputies that can. If not, we’ll try Plan B, with leaving the board.
Thank you again!

You’re welcome!

To be clear, don’t leave the current team/boards until you have created a new team and moved (or duplicated and then moved the duplicate boards) to the new team :)
If someone is unsure about the whole “create a new team and move members and boards” process, and you’re not in a rush, there is still the possibility that the Miro support team may grant another user the role of Team Admin, however, there are no guarantees. Plus, since you are on a Free Plan and cannot create a support ticket, we’d need to have one created on your behalf, then you will have to wait to see what the support team can do for you after their investigation. More on this process here.
Thank you so much. We did it! We were finally able to access the account, reset the password and I followed your advise to set up two admins this time.
Thank’s a lot for your help!
