Hello. Please help me resolve an issue.
Our organization uses a free plan. A group was created where the main administrator used corporate email, but his corporate email was deleted. We need to transfer the rights to another person.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Ivan Hrachov, thanks for reaching out.

If the original Team Admin’s corporate email has been deleted and you’re on the Free Plan, Miro currently doesn’t offer built-in admin reassignment tools for Free Plan teams. However, here are your options:

  1. Recover access to the admin email account – If possible, try to temporarily restore the deleted corporate email account and reset the Miro password via this link. Once logged in, the admin can then promote another team member to admin.

  2. Create a new team – If recovery isn’t possible, the most practical option is to create a new team under a current team member’s email address and re-invite the collaborators. You can duplicate any critical boards into the new workspace.

  3. Contact Miro Support - If things are complicated and the account needs to be further checked, the Support team can help.

Let me know what works for you.

@Ivan Hrachov Re @Eca‘s options 2 (Creating a new team), I detailed steps around this option in this post:
