Clear cache and cookies for Miro in Safari.

Then, try opening Miro again in a private (incognito) window.

If the issue persists, try another browser (like Chrome) to confirm whether it’s Safari-specific.

For the desktop app — please reset application data (from the menu bar: Alt → Help → Reset application data) and relaunch it.
