Cannot use miro startup credits

We recently received Miro Credits via the Miro Startup Program. I received details that showed the following screenshots.

But when I try to do this, I get the following, with no option to use the credits. 

 

Is it because I use euro? I didn’t use the credits before. I just received 10 days ago (they say I have 6 months to use them.

    Hello! Thank you for the quick response and handling of my case. The problem was the currency difference between my credits and my system. The support team fixed and we successfully entered the startup program.
