Hello Miro team,
We urgently need help with upgrading our Miro workspace to a paid plan.
The problem seems to be connected specifically to my main account. When I log in from another account, the payment page works and the card input fields appear. But when I log in from my main account, the payment form does not load.
I see this error:
“Error loading payment session”
The card fields do not appear, and the payment section is inactive.
This happened after I removed other members from the team and left only 1 member. Before removing the members, the payment page was loading correctly and payment was possible. After removing them, the payment session stopped loading for my main account.
Also, the Billing section has disappeared from my account. I can no longer view previous payments, invoices, billing settings, or payment methods.
We need to upgrade the correct workspace where our boards are located and restore editing access. At the moment, many of our boards are locked because of the Free plan limit.
Another important issue: our boards were previously organized into sections/spaces. Now these sections/spaces are no longer visible. Please confirm whether our board structure and organization will return after the upgrade.
