Cannot pay with VISA credit card

I am not able to pay with a VISA card. I am getting error saying contact your bank. I did and they said that merchant doesn’t support the strong authentication methods that credit card requires.

How can I proceed with the purchase?

    I can't change payment method it says error loading payment session please assist ASAP

    hi i also have a problem, I want to buy subscription but it doesnt let me, I put in my credit card details and then when it tries to make it through with visa after I clicked pay now then it fails and says it failed authentication. I tried it with multiple devices already and nothing works. its not because of my card aswell since I use it for payments like these almost daily, help please asap
