Cannot pay with VISA credit card

I am not able to pay with a VISA card. I am getting error saying contact your bank. I did and they said that merchant doesn’t support the strong authentication methods that credit card requires.

How can I proceed with the purchase?

    I can't change payment method it says error loading payment session please assist ASAP
