My guest can not login to Miro using his ID and passward from his PC.

But, he can login to Miro from his smartphone.

We would like to know how to solve this problem.

 

For your information, I could login to Miro using his ID and passward from my PC.

If his account is working from a different PC, it is a device-specific issue. If he is was trying via a web browser, I’d suggest he clear his cache and browser history and restart the browser. He could also try using the Miro desktop app.
