Hi everyone,
I’m using Miro Free and I was able to edit a box on my board before, but now I’m not - a big STOP sign comes up whenever I try to type / edit it.
The box is not locked - the padlock is open, so I don’t know what to do to resolve this.
Can anyone suggest anything please?

Is it possible there is more than one object in the same space such that what you are clicking on is not actually the unlocked box? Could you post a Loom video or a screenshot showing the behavior?

Thank you for your message.
It is possible I suppose that you are correct, however I’ve only just used the box and nothing else in front or behind it.
Plus it doesn’t matter where I click in the box, the same 🚫 - this sign, comes up.
Is it possible that the box is too big with too many characters in it? (It is a big box to be fair!😊).

This does not sound like normal Miro behavior - can you try it using a different access method (e.g. desktop app, incognito browser session) and see if you still are getting the same results?
