cannot download boards despite being an editor

I’m a student and my Miro account is university-affiliated. I haven’t used or heard of Miro before college, but I can’t download board content even though I’ve been granted editor permissions! I need to download these board contents as they’re assigned readings.

  • I’m definitely signed in to my university account
  • I have editing permission!
  • Asked my professor to check team settings already and they are all good

Is there anything else that might explain why I can’t download boards besides these common causes that Google gave me? This is an SOS!
