I cannot downgrade to free plan. Please help!

Billing issues usually need to be handled by Miro's support team directly since the community doesn't have access to account settings.

 

Go to Settings → Billing in your Miro account, or contact support here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

 

They can downgrade your plan right away.
