Question

cancel subscription and waive outstanding invoice

I signed up for the 14-day free trial to try Miro, but unfortunately forgot to cancel it before the trial ended. I sincerely apologize for this oversight.

As soon as I noticed that the trial had been converted to a paid subscription, I immediately tried to cancel it. However, I could not complete the cancellation because the $480 invoice had already been generated as an outstanding invoice.

I did not intend to continue with the Business annual subscription, and I have not used the Business seats after the trial.

Could you please help me:

  1. Cancel the Business subscription;
  2. Void or waive the $480 outstanding invoice; and
  3. Confirm that the amount will not be charged to my card?

I would really appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter.
