I need some help canceling my subscription, and I’m running into two issues:

random users: there are people in my business team I didn't invite. I think they were added by mistake.

unpaid fees, because of those extra seats, the system says I have unpaid fees and won't let me cancel.
Since the cancellation is failing, your system keeps retrying my card almost daily.
Could you please clear those users and cancel the subscription for me?
