Cancel Miro Trial

Dear Miro Community & Team,

I am currently using the free trial of Miro and have registered my card for annual payment. However, I cannot find any receipt or subscription-related details anywhere in my account, which is quite confusing.

Therefore, I would like to cancel my subscription and remove payment details to ensure it doesn’t transition to a paid plan after the trial period. I kindly request your assistance in canceling all payment-related details and subscriptions linked to my account.

I would greatly appreciate your prompt help in resolving this matter.

P.S. Miro is such a wonderful product, but why make cancellation this hard and tricky. There is higher probability of building customer trust and return if you make this process simpler.
