Can my participants vote on objects (Stickies) I have locked?

@Jennifer Ko - I just did a test by locking 25 stickies, inviting someone (myself via an incognito) window as an anonymous guest editor and was able to successfully vote on the locked objects:

 

I was also able to create another 25 stickies and lock them inside of a frame and lock the frame and was still able to vote on them as the anonymous guest editor :)
