Can anybody help? I just signed up to Miro so I could create some boards for a project, part of a UX Design Course I am taking. However after signing up and going to Miro, all I see is a blank space. There are no boards, no ability to create a new board, and no sidebar to give me any other options. It’s like the relevant content is being blocked. I literally cannot start or use anything in Miro.
I have blocked any extentions in my browser, deleted my cache and history, tried on multiple browsers, in cognitto mode, tried on both Mac and PC, and yet there are no boards and no sidebar, or ‘create’ button anywhere to be seen. Either on the desktop (browser) or app version, and after restarting my PC. Miro is free so I shouldn’t need to be invited by a team. I should be able to just jump in and create a board, so this is very puzzling. I don’t believe there are any technical reasons on my side stopping this from working.
I don’t even have access to an account/ billing page within my profile - since there is no sidebar to select from. Very grateful for your help and suggestions
