I recently (past Sunday) received a message that my education plan expired. I have been trying today to reapply for the educational plan (still a PhD student), but regardless of how I try to access the platform (whether through the link sent through the expiry notification email, or manually through the webpage), I am stuck in a perpetual loading mode (see picture). I have tried different wi-fi/internet networks and different browsers, but nothing worked. Has anyone experienced the same issue? I really need access to my boards as they contain an important part of my research work, so if anyone has some insights on how to go about this, I would appreciate it a lot.
