Can't register as educator

Hello, I can’t apply for my free educator program. Application form says:  There was an error submitting your form. I suppose it won’t recognise my buisness mail @sch1415.ru. Can you submit a ticket and help me?

      Hello! The same problem while trying to submit an application for the Education plan :( 
      It doesn’t recognise my mail @mininuniver.ru
