Can't add somebody to my team

Hi, one of my team member can’t connect to my team (he is the only one in this case). We have 14 occasional day-passes editors.

He follwed my invitation ‘’Julie Durot has invited you to the XXXX team...’’. But he just has his own team. Can you help me on this? Thank you!

@Julie Durot - From your Consultant Plan team settings profile, Active users page, if you can see this person there (and their email address), and if you added them as an Occasional user:

... and you added them to one of your teams in your Consultant Plan, then once that same person signs into Miro with that same email address, they should see the team you added them to on the left-hand side of their Miro dashboard. E.g., my Miro account profile (email address) is a member of a bunch of teams:
