In our company we have many changes and therefore we would not like to buy each time a new license. Is it possible to transfer a paid license to a new person? For example: We have a lot of intern and after 6 month they will be gone. Is it somehow possible to give their license to the next intern? If yes, how can we do it?

Yes, you can. If you have purchased some additional seats for this “transient” users, then once they leave, you can delete them (see https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017571234-Remove-users) and free up their full edit licenses to be used by someone else.
