I am looking at Miro as a possibility to share some templates with my clients and students. Does Miro have the capability of adding a column of numbers at all? Thinking of recreating a decision matrix template I use.

Cool decision matrix, but I think it is best off in a shared spreadsheet ,the source file of which you could post in the Miro Board. If you link it to your Google Drive, people could see the results of the data entered into the matrix, though they would have to refresh the file every time.
I’ve not tried the integration with Google Sheets, though I don’t think it would give you the functionality you are looking for.
