HI @Sara Morandini Thanks for reaching out!
If your Jira cards aren’t showing updated Start or Due Dates in Miro, could you confirm whether:
-
The Jira fields are properly mapped in your integration settings?
-
The changes appear correctly when viewing the same issue directly in Jira?
-
You’ve tried refreshing the card or reloading the board after editing the fields?
Sometimes syncing delays can also cause this. If everything looks correct on Jira’s side but Miro still doesn’t reflect the update, I recommend reconnecting the Jira integration or reauthorizing your account.
Hi I tried to refresh multiple times. I fixed the Due Date, but I’m not able to make the starting date working.
I tried both with Target Start and Start Date, as per the guidelines
any clue?
one more thing if I may @Eca: in the timeline widget where I imported Jira Cards, I am removing the Description column multiple times a day… it seems that a bug or so add it back every time there’s a new jira card or a refresh of the connection. That field is very long and add nothing to the plan that I am building - is it possible to make Miro acknowledging that I don’t want it displayed 😊 ?
thank you!
