Bug: Moving objects from table to kanban

I am experiencing a bug when trying to move objects from a table to a kanban. The item gets stuck, and the screen freezes, you are unable to move anything or zoom in and out. I have the exact same problem when using the iphone app, the browser version and the desktop version. I have tried creating a new board and doing the same task, and the same problem persists, so the current board is not the problem. The task has worked smoothly until this week. Does anyone else experience the same problem, and how do I report it to Miro?

Thanks for reporting this! Since you’re experiencing the same issue across multiple devices and platforms, it does sound like a possible bug.

 

Since this task was working fine until this week, and the issue is happening on new boards as well, I recommend reporting it directly to Miro Support for further investigation. When submitting a ticket, include:

  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Steps to reproduce it.
  • Screenshots or a screen recording if possible.
  • Your browser and device details.

I reported this to Miro earlier in their general contact form, and their answer was that I was supposed to write here in the community about it and they was not able to help or take it forward. On the report side I can not find any form or email to send it to - now I feel kind of stuck.
