Boards Syncing in blueprint

I am trying to create a new Road Map planning blue print. It loads all 13 pages but then comes the spinning circle of doom, it jst spins and spins and spins. I worked out if i refresh the page, that fixes the issue, however, i have also noticed, the objective board that is synced to the company timeline, company road map, is also synced to team b, c, d, and e, meaning anything added to any of those objective frames, is populated on all other teams boards. Is the any way to unsync this as it means we can’t work as teams individually

Hi @Lee Vokes-Tilley

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Regarding the spinning circle when opening your roadmap blueprint, this can happen if the board contains a large number of pages, frames, or synced widgets. Refreshing the page is a good temporary workaround. To improve performance, we recommend:

  • Clearing your browser cache or trying an incognito/private window.

  • Splitting large boards into smaller sections or fewer synced frames.

  • Ensuring your browser or app is up to date.

Concerning the objective boards being synced across multiple teams: currently, Miro’s syncing feature mirrors frames across all connected boards, so any changes made on one board will appear on all synced boards. At this time, it’s not possible to partially unsync a frame; you would need to either:

  1. Unlink the frame entirely from the other boards, which will stop live updates.

  2. Duplicate the frame to a separate board so each team can work independently.

We understand that working individually as teams is important, and we encourage submitting this workflow request to the Wishlist for more flexible sync controls in future updates.
