I am company and team admin in our MIRO account. In one of the teams, one of the users (who owned some of the team’s boards) left the team. He chose the option to “transfer the board ownership to one of the other team admins”.

We have two team admins in our team. MIRO automatically chose one. Unfortunately it is someone who currently isn’t available and therefore won’t be able to manage the boards. As I don’t have access rights to this board, I am not in the position to access the information on it. 

Therefore the board’s content is not accessible for our team! The way permissions are managed in MIRO with the company & team admins (i.e. no one!) not beeing in position to properly manage access rights is a serious bug and needs to be fixed asap. Can you please take care of this, Miro team? Thanks!
